What is Vecinity?
Vecinity is a management platform for communities and HOAs. It centralizes communication, reservations, requests, billing and more, with an AI assistant that serves residents over WhatsApp.
What kind of communities is it for?
For residential complexes, buildings, condominiums and HOAs of any size that want to digitize and organize their operations.
How does the AI assistant on WhatsApp work?
It is an AI specialized in community management. Residents message it in natural language to run tasks, check the status of their processes, file requests and reach the administration, securely authenticated.
Do I need to install an app?
Residents can use Vecinity directly from WhatsApp, with nothing to install. The administration works from a web dashboard, and we also offer mobile apps for residents and the front desk.
How are plans billed?
Plans are based on the number of units in your community, with monthly or annual billing in Colombian pesos. You can change or cancel anytime.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Vecinity protects your community's information with good security practices and access control, and does not share your data with third parties for advertising.
Can I migrate my community's information?
Yes. We support you through onboarding to load units, residents and your community's information in an orderly way.
